2012 A Year for Improvements
I cannot believe that 2011 is over and we are starting a new year. Every January 1st I used to make resolutions but have never kept them. They would last for a couple of months then fall to the wayside. This year I am going to make improvements in my live. I always say I am going to change the way I eat and exercise and this year I am going to improve what I eat and how often I exercise. This just seems to me to a more positive way of tracking changes. Small changes will count towards improvement! Drink more water, eat more fruits and veggies, drink green tea. I want to also improvement the quality of time I spend with my family and friends. There is not much I can do amount the quantity of time I spend with E (unless I win the lottery and can retire), but I can improve what we do when we are together. During Christmas vacation we spent a lot of time colouring, playing Barbies and enjoying her new games. I had so much fun with her and realized how quickly she is growing up. I would also like to be able to take time out for myself and do things I enjoy. My blog is one of these and I hope to continue my knowledge of Social Media. This is an area of quick change and is always changing – I think that is why I enjoy it so much. I hope you all have a happy and healthy 2012 and find ways of improving your lives.
