PTPA Blogaholics: Meet Kelly

Hello! My name is Kelly Kaprowski.  I am the owner and content creator of Tots N’ Squats, a certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Holistic Nutritionist, and Kid’s Nutrition Specialist.  Most importantly, I am the mother to my identical twin toddlers, Sophie and Olivia!  Check us out here:


I truly believe that “it takes a village” to raise a child.  Unfortunately, it seems as though the “Modern Day Mother” prides herself on doing it all alone, often times suffering in silence.  Parenthood is an extraordinary experience, but also extremely challenging!  PTPA is an incredible “village” for new parents and I feel honored to be a part of it!

My passion has always been helping women to feel and be their very best self through fitness and nutrition.  As one of five daughters, having the opportunity to travel the globe working with women from all walks of life, and my strong love for children and becoming a Mother, specializing in women’s health was undoubtedly my path and purpose.


Struggling with infertility myself and overcoming this obstacle by changing my diet, fitness and lifestyle only furthered my passion for helping women with their pre and postnatal health.

Becoming a new Mother has only strengthened my desire to become a better, healthier and stronger woman. This new role has made me realize how critical it is to maintain and enhance my own mental and physical health so that I can be the best mother for my children.


My hope is to empower, inspire, educate and motivate you and your children to develop a healthy and happy lifestyle through fitness and nutrition.  I will help you break down fitness into manageable chunks, teach you how you can lose baby weight with baby weight, demonstrate how you can sneak fitness into your every day tasks, and show you fun ways that you can stay fit and healthy at home while making fitness a fun and bonding experience for you and your baby.  Set the example of health.  We are their hero and they are always watching!
