All in a days work…A Diary of 2 cities, 3 TV shows, 1 Conference speech and little sleep.

So I decided to write this diary of my most recent trip because people are always coming up to me saying how much fun it must be to travel all of the time and be on TV. I do love TV, and I have grown fond of travelling but I thought I would give our readers some insight into some of my trips moving forward and I will start with my most recent travels to Chicago last week.

Drama Anyone?

Drama. That is how I would describe the last 10 years since cell phones with email have been around. Everything has suddenly become urgent, catastrophic and life impacting. But not really. Yet this is a descriptive of how we as a society have started to react to situations. How many times today alone have you uttered the words "Oh My God!" when you spilled some coffee? Or my favorite line (that I seem to utter quite often), "I am THE worst parent ever!" simply because I forgot to pick up a birthday gift for the 15th birthday party your child has that week. Overdramatizing every situation has become common practice.
