What parent testers had to say:
Teaching a 16 year old boy to drive is a scary undertaking and a responsibility that one cannot take lightly. Although we will always worry when Tyler drives, it is comforting to know that he is a graduate of the CAA driver training program and has been taught by the best. Although CAA is priced on the higher end, the quality of instruction, reputation, and member discounts made it an easy choice for us. Thank you, CAA, for giving our son the best start possible on the roads ... and for giving us, his parents, the peace-of-mind knowing he is a well-trained, aware, and safe driver.
The in-class sessions were informative and interesting. The teacher used a combination of media and lectures, class participation and examples to teach the material. The teacher was well-experienced in teaching the material and was also available after class for questions and follow-up if necessary, which I found invaluable. The in-car sessions were very well taught. The teacher made sure I was comfortable in every situation, exposing me to many different driving maneuvers in every lesson. He was also very calm and understanding. He never made me feel anxious or worried and always made me feel comfortable and safe. He never raised his voice, nor did he get frustrated with me as a beginning driver. It was the safest and best driving I feel I have ever done. I would most definitely recommend CAA Driving Lessons to anyone who wants to learn to drive.
As a parent if I took the driving test I know I would fail. It has been far to long since I have read the rules of the road. I am over joyed that these courses are available for my teenager. I would only be teaching them my bad habits. This course was great, my daughter learned so much and has far more confidence in her driving abilities.
